Deposits and payment cards
The online rental payment and a deposit requested at pickup are separate matters.
Deposit rules belong to the offer
Some rental companies require a credit card in the main driver’s name with enough available limit at pickup. The deposit amount, accepted card type, and release time can vary by company and bank. Paying online through Go Araç does not waive the supplier’s pickup requirements.
Before using your card
Compare the amount on the payment page with the offer total and complete your bank’s verification. Enter card details only on the secure payment page; never send a card number, CVV, or verification code to support. If a payment fails, check whether any charge was made before trying another card.
