Distance Booking Terms
The parties, payment and confirmation process for an online car-rental booking.
Parties and service
The Go Araç platform is operated by GO ARAÇ BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. See Company Information for contact details. The customer is the person identified at checkout. The vehicle is supplied by the rental company named in the selected offer. Go Araç facilitates comparison, transmission of the booking, collection and support.
Offer and total price
The selected offer and pre-payment summary show the vehicle class, rental company, pickup and return details, included services, total price including taxes, selected extras, driver requirements, deposit and cancellation terms. Supplier conditions vary by offer. A deposit or card hold requested at pickup may be separate from the online rental payment.
Payment and confirmation
Payment is verified through the bank's secure flow. A captured payment alone does not mean the vehicle reservation is confirmed; supplier confirmation is also required. If payment succeeds but the supplier booking remains unconfirmed, the status is shown as under review. Do not pay twice for the same booking; contact support. Confirmed bookings and their references appear in your account or the reservation-management page.
Cancellation and disputes
Changes, cancellation and refunds follow the selected offer and our Cancellation and Refund Policy. The general 14-day statutory withdrawal right may not apply to a car rental to be performed on a specified date; this does not remove any contractual cancellation right in the offer.
