The user who purchases services via the website or mobile application.
2. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and performance of car rental and related services ordered electronically.
3. SERVICE AND PRICE
The type of service, duration, rental fee, and payment details are determined based on the information provided during the reservation.
4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
- Payment is made via credit card and/or other available payment methods.
- The service is provided at the date and location specified in the reservation details.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw before the service begins. However, cancellation conditions may vary depending on the timing of the reservation.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- Cancellations may be free within specified periods.
- Late cancellations may be subject to deductions.
- Refunds are processed depending on the payment method.
7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
- The Seller is responsible for providing the service properly and completely.
- The Buyer agrees that the provided information is accurate and undertakes payment obligations.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Events beyond the control of the parties that prevent the fulfillment of obligations shall be considered force majeure.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and Istanbul courts shall have jurisdiction.
10. EFFECTIVENESS
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement upon completing the payment.
