How account, booking and payment information is used.
Information used to provide the service
Go Araç processes information needed for car searches, accounts, reservations, payments and support. Search and device records may be used to secure the service and investigate faults. Driver details may be shared with the selected rental supplier and the Yolcu360 integration to fulfil a booking. The rental company may separately require identity, licence, card and deposit checks at pickup.
Payments and saved cards
Card payments are handled through the bank integration. Go Araç may display or store the card's last four digits, brand or bank, and any bank-issued reuse token in your account; a full card number and security code are not stored as an account card record. A saved card does not guarantee a future payment will be approved. Bank and 3D Secure rules still apply.
Security, recipients and choices
We use access controls and security records. Information needed for a transaction may be shared with rental suppliers, payment providers, messaging and email providers, and competent authorities when required by law. Marketing and non-essential cookie choices are separate from using the service. Read our Cookie Policy for browser storage details.
