Conditions for using Go Araç accounts, search and booking services.
Platform role
Go Araç displays car-rental offers from suppliers and, where available, handles booking and payment. The vehicle is delivered by the rental company named in the selected offer. Images may represent a vehicle class; the exact model, equipment and pickup conditions depend on the offer and supplier confirmation.
Account and accurate details
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and providing accurate driver, contact and invoice details. Do not use another person's account without permission or submit misleading or unlawful requests. Incorrect identity, licence or contact details may prevent pickup.
Prices and booking status
Search results can change with availability and price. The selected offer and supplier conditions presented before payment contain the applicable details. Even after a successful bank payment, a booking awaiting supplier confirmation is not completed. Check its status or contact support before making another payment.
Changes and rights
The platform may be updated for security, maintenance or legal requirements. New terms apply prospectively when published; the specific terms shown before payment for an existing booking are not arbitrarily changed retroactively. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. See the cancellation policy.
