Data and purposes
Account, search and reservation activities may involve your name, phone, email, date of birth, nationality, identity or passport details, driver and invoice details, booking and payment records, and support correspondence. We may also retain IP, device and transaction records for security and operation. We use these data to create accounts and reservations, pass the booking to the rental supplier, process payments and refunds, verify identity, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages and non-essential analytics depend on your separate choices where required.
Legal grounds and recipients
Depending on the activity, processing relies on contract formation or performance, legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, legitimate interests, or explicit consent where needed. Necessary booking details may be shared with the selected rental supplier and integration providers such as Yolcu360; payment details with banks and payment providers; contact details with verification and notification providers; and information with authorities where legally required. Any international transfer is subject to applicable Turkish data-transfer rules. Data are kept for the purpose and applicable statutory retention period, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may request information, correction, deletion or destruction, details of recipients, object to certain automated outcomes, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Send a request that allows us to verify your identity to the postal address above or through a legally accepted method to our KEP address. We respond within the statutory period.
