Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the pickup time are free of charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
- No refund will be issued in case of no-show (failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time).
Refund Terms
- Full refund will be issued for cancellations within the free cancellation period.
- Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on the payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank.
Modification Terms
- Reservation changes are subject to availability.
- Modification requests must be made at least 24 hours before the pickup time.
